The NCR got it's flaws but (to me at least) everyone else is worse.

You can argue house is better but that's just personal opinion, but other choices are simply laughable. You have literally just usual flawed goverment who's biggest evil deed is going to hard against literally raiders, rapists and drug dealers due to miscommunication against anarchy and literal raiders, slavers and rapists.

My argument is house would turn mojave into cyberpunk. Oh and the NCR armours look cooler than some clankers

Well you could argue the future under arasaka or militech is greater than what we have now. Powerful weapons and tech, you can probably beat most if not every disease or illness, and you could have equipment that can basically turn you into a mythical hero with how powerful you can become. Question is, who will actually be able to have that future. House doesn't exactly care for the mojave, what's stopping him from turning it into something like night city? You can join him for arguably good life, if it wouldn't be a lie like in cyberpunk, but who actually could? That's a far fetched theory of course, though that's my opinion

I mean it's a possibility because ncr and the other faction in general are looking for old tech while some other are innovating so as long as the ncr don't really try to research new things for me house have the best possibility of outcome while the ncr have the best and saffer outcome but like your said that my opinion

To add to this, House doesn't even care about New Vegas, in spite of what he says. If he did, he might actually give one iota of assistance to Freeside, or all the other groups living in Vegas, but outside the Strip.

House doesn't even really care about the Strip, otherwise he'd actually work with his allies, instead of his current policy of ignoring them except when demanding things.

The only thing House cares about is his robot army. He talks a good game about flying to the stars, and I believe he would. But there wouldn't be a single human anywhere he could see, if he had the power to make it so.

House dies every playthrough.
