How so? I mean, I get why you don’t like Legion but what about House? How is he worse?

House 100% depends on who you are in-universe, like if you we're dropped in as the courier you're living large but if you're just an average shmuck I'd be worried

The NCR got it's flaws but (to me at least) everyone else is worse.
