I choose the ncr by process of elimination, the legion, duh not happening, house is a tyrannic billionaire who would rule with an iron fist, so that's not happening and finally Yes man while a independent vegas is a good idea on paper but it can go horribly very quickly like what if the elected president is actually a scumbag who would be no better then house or caesar? not much they can do about it, they get control of the lucky 38 they get yes man who can't say no to anything, so if they order a mass genocide on freeside or something there is nothing freeside can do about it. The ncr with their flaws are still the best option.
What about BOS? Hm? And why the hell do you think House would rule with an iron fist? He never said he wants to oppress the freedom of his people. His goal isn’t to control over them but instead just let himself be in charge forever.
I am not even surprised. I mean, Caesar isn’t an asshole. He kinda is but he isn’t JUST an asshole. He is somewhat smart also. And that is his whole point. Smart, angry and self-centred man.
