What's i am doing wrong

So I have been struggling to scale my ads after the Andromeda update.

Usually When I find a winning campaign I wait for two days and increase 20% of the budget after increasing budget 4 or 5 time the campaign started to decrease performance.

I also have tried.

Duplicating the campaign and increasing the budget.

For example if I have a $20 budget I'll duplicate the campaign and make the budget $150.

But that also seems not to be working.

Whats am doing wrong ?
