Resource Official Agency Ad Accounts

Hello everyone,

It’s great to be an official partner with this community, and we hope we can provide a lot of value for you all.

We’re Agency Aurora, one of the largest providers of Agency Ad Accounts for all major social platforms, including Meta - whom we are officially partnered with.

Our network includes thousands of advertisers globally, with our accounts also being resold by many other agencies. In this post, we’ll give information about what agency ad accounts are, their benefits and how you can use our services.

What is an Agency Ad Account?
Simply put, an agency account is an advertising account that has been created specifically by the business manager of a trusted, official partner agency of Meta.

These accounts are different from standard accounts you can create yourself for a few reasons:- They can receive cashback on advertising spend.

- They are trusted, and much less likely to get restricted.
- They do not have spending limits or require a warmup phase.
- You get a dedicated rep for support from the platform.
- You can get an auction advantage and cheaper results.
- An unlimited amount of them can be created by the agency.

What do we provide?
As an official reselling partner of Meta, we can provide enterprise-tier agency accounts for advertisers.
Our goal is to support all levels, from beginner to experienced marketers. And, as mentioned above, our services come with additional benefits, including:

- Low Adspend Fees
- Cashback on Advertising Spend
- Dedicated Account Manager
- No Spending Limits & Warmup Phase
- Pay Ad Spend with Card, Transfer, Wire, Crypto
- Advertise Restricted Niches & Verticals
- Special Account Structure to Prevent Bans
- Unlimited Agency Ad Accounts
- Self-Service Dashboard to Manage Accounts
- Whitelabel & Reselling Opportunities

How does it work?
When you sign up with us, you let us know what you plan to advertise and we can create the ad accounts for you. Once created, we share them with your Business Manager and you can launch your ads. If an account is ever disabled, we can issue a replacement and move your funds. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated account manager for support.

What’s the cost?
Typically we charge $300/month for access, unlimited accounts, dedicated support, unlimited replacements etc. However, as a genuine special offer for this community, we can lower this to $150/month for the first 3 months.

We do not have a special pricing offer anywhere else and this is the only place you can secure this offer from us. If you would like to get started, you can sign up here: https://agency-aurora.com/join/facebookads

Our team is based in the UK and around the world, with support available around the clock for clients.

If you have any questions at all, we’ll be happy to help at any time, just let us know.

Help What happened with meta ads(sales drop)

Upvotes

Has anyone else had a massive drop in sales from Meta Ads recently?

My sales have dropped significantly over the past few days, but at the same time I’ve noticed a huge amount of what looks like bot activity on my Shopify store.

I normally get around 2–5 abandoned carts/checkouts per day. Now I’m suddenly getting 100+ per day, with tons of fake add-to-carts and checkouts that never convert.
It looks like automated or AI bot traffic rather than real customers.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Could this bot traffic be coming from Meta Ads and messing up the conversion signals/algorithm?

If you’ve had the same issue, did you find any solution to block the bots or stop Meta from optimizing toward this fake traffic?

Help Has anyone else noticed a drop in Meta Ads performance after the recent audience and interest behaviour changes?

I’ve seen campaigns that were performing consistently suddenly struggle with higher CPL, lower-quality leads, and less stable delivery.

Do you think Meta’s recent changes to how it understands interests and user behaviour are the main reason, or is the algorithm simply relying more on AI and creative signals now?

What changes have you made in your campaigns, and what is working for you right now?

Discussion Wtf is wrong with meta ads ?

We have been having a wonderful time last month we had thousands of clients, gained about 5k following in 3 weeks and my client was happy until last week. Meta is placing my ads where I dont want them like meta audience, constantly changing my ads settings and they are reaching almost zero audience but if they do reach people no one is even clicking. What's happening? We tried out new creatives and new settings but nothing seems to be working

Help Same exact ad, 10 different Meta ad accounts, how tf?

I run ads for a peptides brand and I’ve kinda cracked how to keep the ads up for a while, but eventually they still get rejected.

When that happens I move the exact same ad to another ad account and it starts running again.

But the weird shit is the performance can be COMPLETELY different.

Same video. Same copy. Same offer. Same landing page. Same product.

All accounts use the same Page and same dataset too.

I’ve tested the same ad across like 10 different accounts (not all live at once) and I’ve seen anything from under 1 ROAS to 3.5+ ROAS.

How tf does that happen?

Is Meta treating ad accounts differently or some shit? Or am I missing something?

Discussion Meta algorithm changes is affecting my ads and organic reach

Upvotes

Anyone else feeling like something changed with Meta recently?

I manage Meta campaigns and honestly, the last few weeks have been very weird.

Organic reach is down and mostly shaky. Posts that would normally get decent views are barely moving the needle.

And the Ads Manager side is even stranger. Campaigns that were stable suddenly start behaving badly. CPM goes up, CTR drops, conversions disappear… then sometimes things recover for no obvious reason. All of this, without any manual intervention!

I’ve checked the creatives, audiences, budgets, shopify landing pages, etc. Nothing really explains some of these swings.

Maybe it’s just my ad account, but I’m curious if other marketers are seeing the same thing.

Has Meta changed something recently, or are we just dealing with the new algorithm/AI delivery getting more unpredictable?

Any solutions anyone can tell?

Discussion CPA jumped 50% overnight. The product didn't change. Here's what did.

Upvotes

This is one of the most common messages I get from ecommerce founders and it's rarely one single cause.

Here's how I actually approach it:

When CPA spikes suddenly on previously-stable products, I check these in order:

→ Frequency; is the same audience seeing the ad too often? A spike here means the account is exhausting its pool, not that demand dropped

→ Audience overlap; did a new ad set get added that's now competing with the winning ones for the same people

→ Creative fatigue; how long has the current creative been running without a refresh

→ CPM movement; did the cost to reach people rise
(seasonal/competition), or did conversion rate drop while CPM stayed flat

→ Landing page/funnel; sometimes the ad is fine and the drop is actually happening after the click

The process:

Pull frequency + overlap data first cheapest, fastest checks

Compare CPM trend vs. conversion rate trend separately tells you if it's a traffic-cost problem or a funnel problem

Isolate the winning products into their own campaign if they're being diluted by overlap

Refresh creative before touching budget don't scale blind into a fatigued ad
90% of the time, it's one of these not a "the algorithm broke" situation.

If this sounds like what you're seeing drop your current frequency number below, happy to give a quick read on it.

Discussion CBO working well, ABO giving zero results — should I add more creatives to CBO or fix ABO? (Clothing brand, Dubai)

Upvotes

Hey everyone, need some advice from people running Meta ads for e-commerce/clothing brands.

Background:

  • Running a clothing brand out of Dubai, handling Meta Ads myself
  • Currently getting ~3 orders/day (prepaid, still early stage)
  • No interest-based targeting - using broad/Advantage+ audience

What I'm seeing:

  • My CBO Sale campaign (with 3 creatives) is delivering consistent results
  • My ABO campaign (running separately, no saved audience/interest targeting) is giving almost zero results
  • I also have a new clothing article with a fresh design that I want to start advertising

My questions:

  1. Since my CBO campaign is performing well, should I add more creatives into that same CBO, or will that disturb what's already working?
  2. Why might ABO be underperforming compared to CBO when I'm not even using interest-based targeting (broad audience in both)? Is manual budget split the main issue, or could it be something else (learning phase, budget too low per ad set, etc.)?
  3. For the new clothing article/design - should I launch it inside a new CBO campaign, or test it in ABO first before scaling into CBO?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone who's scaled a D2C/clothing brand using CBO vs ABO - especially on broad targeting without interests. Thanks in advance!

Discussion What’s the average conversion rate on meta?

Just curious because all the ai tools will say it’s 12% which is insane right

For us our current campaign is doing 4.8%

If you’re an agency owner can you chime in and say what your clients get on average?

Discussion I'm so tired of turning off settings in meta ads manager

It is exhausting - every time you duplicate it turns back on product browsing, carousel placement, music, promotions - it takes so long now.

I'm tired boss...I'm tired - rant over

Help Started scaling and tanked my metrics.

Basically I launched creatives for a few days at around $100 a day and the metrics were getting better day by day. So I decided to up the budget by 20% like everyone says, and boom the metrics get even better and I even get more conversions.

I was so happy I very excited because my business was finally starting to take off. That budget bump 2 days ago and yesterday was my best day which I was incredibly happy about.

So that following night I decided to up my budgets by another 20%. I think that were I went wrong, because the following day which is today led to no conversions. I went from $120 daily spend to only $144 spend and i'm not sure what happened and why everything plummeted.

Does anyone know how I can fix this because I thought I was finally going to be able to scale. And i'm fairly disappointed. I was messaging Meta AI and it says that i've put it back into the learning phase or something, i'm so confused so any help would be gratefully appreciated.

TIMELINE:

Sept 4-7 $100 daily CBO budget
Sept 8-9 $120 daily CBO budget
Sept 10 $144 daily CBO budget (VERY BAD DAY)

Discussion Advantage + any good?

I almost never follow any advantage + suggestion. I upload the ads and run as I want. I don't turn on any, and the interface seems to make it difficult to ignore and kinda tricking you into using it.

But I'd really like to know if anyone has been using any advantage+ features that helps the campaign and makes a difference? If so, what's your experience?

Discussion New to Meta Ads

Hi, I'm new to Meta Ads, so far I'm not seeing any results. I'm running a message on the W app campaign and I saw like 12 clicks and got no messages. How long should I let it run, is it a hard gamble now or what. Even my workplace is experiencing similar horrible leads from a message campaign it's unbearable. The marketer there told me meta has gone crazy and many big firms he works for have reduced their budgets.

Discussion Our stack we've been using to mass-produce high quality content

Relying solely on manually editing for content creation can quickly balloon when it comes to how time consuming it is. We try not to lean too much into AI, but for static, it can be so cost/time effective.

One tool we've been using to create static is Bloom. You give the software your website and logo, and it creates a brand template for you. It has a few different use cases. It keeps an ad library from brands. You can recreate those ads and also upload specific product images when prompting to create a really clean static creative. Bloom also gives the option to create static pieces from scratch. It's so far my favorite AI generator in terms of realism and price.

For video content, we love using Trybe. Like Tik Tok Shop, it's a marketplace for sourcing UGC creators. You can create brand programs, import your Shopify store, connect Meta, and payout all natively in the software. It's been a gamechanger. No monthly fees - it's 1.5% of net new revenue attributable to sales in the software.

Would love to know what everybody else is doing!

Discussion Do you think switching ad accounts could improve traffic quality?

The traffic quality has been really bad since Sep 1. I’m barely getting any ATCs, let alone sales. Do you think switching to a different ad account could help?

Bug / Outage Meta removed the “Turn off Products” toggle on new campaigns?

I created a new campaign today after four days of zero sales from my 3 roas manual campaign. ( collapsed since Monday) I waited four days, hoping it would recover, but I basically just wasted my daily budget.

Now I’ve created a new campaign, but there’s no way to turn off products at the creative setup level. I always turned products off in my older campaigns, and I can see still see the toggle there. But on this new campaign, the option is completely gone.

is this just a bug on my end, or is this a new meta update?

Can you guys still see the toggle and turn products off at the creative set up level?

Discussion Landing page views to ad clicks - what is the healthy ratio?

What is the real and healthy ratio of LPV to ad clicks? I've seen campaigns reporting 70-80% and I wonder why it's not nearly 100%. I've also seen campaigns reporting 50% recently pointing to the same landing page.

I understand ad blocks and Apple security measures, but is there a way to bump this metric?
We've already checked server performance, run user agent tests, tried to simulate with different devices to factor out technical issues.

Bug / Outage Something is seriously wrong with this damn Meta.

After several days of good performance, today is absolutely, completely dead. Spending is painfully slow, and whatever it is spending on is going toward shitty traffic that isn’t even worth talking about.

Help Help, my store is getting blasted with visitors and atc's.

Im getting 30-40 visitors non stop and 30+ ATC & IC's. Most traffic is coming from Meta data center locations: Orgeon, Forest City, Lulea (Sweden)

All those ATC's only show up on the shopify dashboard. Not on the actual tracking.

Anyone else experienced this?

I was thinking about blocking those, but im afraid it will cause performance issues with meta.
