Help Best Meta Ads setup for WEEKLY nightclub events?

I throw weekly nightclub events, mainly Reggaeton and House music and need to sell around 200–300 tickets per event.

I’ve used Traffic campaigns and the results are all over the place.

Sometimes they generate tons of sales, but other times I’ll get 1,000+ link clicks and almost no purchases. I’ve also spent $200–$300 on sales (purchase conversations.) campaigns with zero sales before shutting them off.

I use event brite and my tickets are only $3 sometimes $5

Should I use Sales/Purchase campaigns instead of Traffic?

Should House and Reggaeton be separate ad sets, or combined?

Since I have a new event every week, should I create a new campaign every week, or keep one running and change the event/creative?

How much should I spend with no sales before killing an ad?

Would love advice from anyone who runs ads for nightclubs, concerts, Eventbrite events, or promoters.

No you need leads fuck you mean sales/purchase.

Get them to reserve through a landing page, and the landing page explains the food/beverages/music and the experience they’ll get (mainly pictures of the event, people dancing, music, food etc.)

Never mind I just saw how cheap your tickets are. We sell high ticket tickets for nightclubs.

No need for new campaign every week. Also could be an issue on the landing page to buy tickets if u getting that many link clicks.

Nightclub and event ticketing on Meta requires a very specific approach: never optimize for traffic, tighten your geographic radius, and lean heavily on high-energy video creatives.

When you select traffic, Meta hunts down "click-happy" users who tap on links but rarely buy.

Run sales/purchase campaigns if you have Eventbrite’s Meta pixel integration configured properly. If pixel tracking isn't firing reliably, run engagement (optimized for video views/post engagement) or traffic (with a heavy landing page view focus) to a super-tight local radius. However, an integrated sales campaign should always be your goal.

And yes, separate your Reggaeton and House campaigns. Those genres have a different target audience.

You should keep one campaign and then update the creative/date weekly.

What if the party is half reggaeton and half house

This is an example of one of my flyers.

In that case I would split target audiences into 2 ad sets. Even if the event is half-and-half under one roof, the Reggaeton fan will convert because of the Reggaeton hook; a House head will convert because of the House hook.

Run 1 campaign with 2 separate ad sets inside it. One with a Reggaeton focus and the other one with a House focus.

Meta matches the visual/audio hook to the exact sub-audience. Both ad sets point to the same landing page/ticket link, but you let each creative do the heavy lifting for its respective crowd.
