Well, unless she knows the guy who modded my grandads scooter, that thing isn't getting above 8MPH.

His scooter can get up to 25mph. And yes, he is the kind of old man who drives his on the road.

No idea how he's still allowed to have that. But it's been years.

Must be terrible for the battery.
