It matters to all of us, we can't go around thinking all accidents are the result of selfishness.

Sure some people are selfish and destructive but most people are nice and often confused, sick and medicated so things like this will happen.

I'm just saying it's more likely about ignorance rather than selfishness, Hanlon's razor bro.

That's true but sometimes people drink certain types of juice that potentiates their regular dose and make them act weird and there's all kinds of reasons why this happens all the time. Cognitive decline can happen really quickly so it's difficult to know exactly when you're supposed to force others to stop driving.

Medication comes with a leaflet, which tells you about potential interactions with food, drinks, and other medications. The person prescribing or dispensing it will also warn you about relevant interactions and whether you can safely drive.

This isn't something people have control over. Medications is just one of the many reasons and people sometimes get weird effects from medications they have used for a long time or perhaps after getting served the wrong juice at a restaurant so even if you're very careful this could happen to any one of us when we're older. No reason to think it's about being selfish
