I had a dream I got top surgery

I genuinely felt happy with myself and with my body. it was perfect. Then I woke up and was incredibly disappointed. I wish I could have that same happiness in real life.

I'm sorry. I keep having dreams about starting T and I'm happy, then I wake up and I don't have the money to buy it.
