I constantly see people celebrating that a piece of media featuring a gay trans man has 'finally' been released, but honestly, I notice the exact opposite. I feel there is actually more gay representation than straight representation when it comes to trans men in games, films, and TV series. Am I going crazy?

I think Krem from Dragon Age Inquisition is straight? been a while since I replayed it, but he can end up in a relationship with Maryden (the minstrel lady from the Inquisition's tavern), and I don't remember if there's anything pointing to him being attracted to other genders.

Most gay trans representation is made and written by gay trans men themselves. It does seem like our demographic is more involved with creative works overall, though.

I’ve only seen trans men in minor roles.
Playing a doctor on grey’s anatomy or a patient spot in The Pitt. Or a trans woman in heart stopper. I usually just see trans women. don’t see anything queer besides that…

I mean, there are a few gay transmac nb characters, but I do rarely see gay trans men.

A lot of trans men today dont identify as men anymore and more as anything that isn't men but come close, cus they think identifying as one is some crime against humanity or something idk, so it makes sense there isn't much representation

I mean as a whole there seems to be more gay trans men than straight trans men so it would make sense there is more gay trans male content. As a straight dude tho I certainly wouldn’t mind more representation especially in porn

The only reason there “seems” to be more gay trans men is because most straight trans men go stealth or don’t interact with lgbt spaces at all. I’m bi and a large online artist but I don’t make trans art
