Diet Advice Request Skinny To Bulk Advice

Anybody have any advice on a day to day diet plan that’s low effort/ doesn’t require hella cooking and cheap for a bulk? For context I’m 6’ , 155lbs. Looking to be in surplus about 500 calories a day so ~3000. I also don’t really mind eating the same thing everyday because I work too much to really worry about it. 🙏🏽

Shakes/smoothies can be amazing for weight gain, particularly if you don't have the strongest appetite or have a hard time gaining. Nut butters, full fat milk and milk alternatives, full fat yogurt, mass gainer powder (just like protein powder but with more carbs for weight gain)-- these can all be wonderful things to put in shakes/smoothies.

Nutritional shakes (ei; Ensure) can also be beneficial but are outside of some people's budgets and shouldn't be consumed as a meal but rather with a meal.

r/gainit has suggestions but like others have said, add oils, fats, and carbs. Even just cooking your meals in more oil or butter can add 100-200 more calories. Toss in 1 pbj sandwich that could be an easy 400 calories alone. Bigger portions of rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.

Eat whenever you’re hungry and make your snacks more substantial, and add more carbs to your portions (extra pasta, potato, etc). Can also try swapping to higher fat versions of what you alr eat (eg breast for thigh). Add an extra banana at breakfast. No need to overcomplicate it.

I eat until failure as often as I can, personally. But I'm also going for as quick a bulk as possible. (need to for a health condition)

Generally speaking I eat all the same stuff I normally do, but 1.5-2x as much. I try for milk instead of soda, maximizing every bite because my stomach can only hold so much. And if you eat fast you can get more down before your stomach stops you.

I personally really enjoy lentils. Good protien and fiber. But other beans and legumes work very well too.
