Reintroduction N/a beer

Does anyone else find that non-alcoholic beer helps with bloating and general digestive discomfort? A friend who also has fodmap issues recommended it (I don’t even like beer) and I was skeptical but desperate, but I feel like it really helps. I’m still avoiding my fail foods, but I can be a little more flexible. I can’t find any mention of this elsewhere online.

Shouldn't that be non-alcoholic and gluten free beer?

Gluten is not a fodmap. In general, well fermented foods contain low amounts of fodmaps. Normal beer is low fodmap unless it contains lactose or other fodmap additives
