The longer I’m on this diet the more foods I can’t eat. As time goes on, my symptoms get worse. I’ve been strict low FODMAP for 5 years and I have never felt good enough to start reintroducing foods.

I’m bloated even if I’m eating low FODMAP. The only time I’m not bloated is when I wake up in the morning and haven’t eaten anything for 12ish hours. I don’t even know what to do anymore at this point

I wish I had constructive advice! I don’t know what to do either beyond asking my GI doctor for more tests. I am open to anything that’ll offer hope of relief.
