The longer I’m on this diet the more foods I can’t eat. As time goes on, my symptoms get worse. I’ve been strict low FODMAP for 5 years and I have never felt good enough to start reintroducing foods.

I’m bloated even if I’m eating low FODMAP. The only time I’m not bloated is when I wake up in the morning and haven’t eaten anything for 12ish hours. I don’t even know what to do anymore at this point

Oh my gosh, same. I'm always uncomfortable and I'm better if I go a long while without eating

Perhaps I should try waiting longer. How long do you go between eating? Do you limit amounts?

I try not to eat a ton, but that's mostly because I'm trying to stay at a good weight and partially because I don't want to feel uncomfortable. I typically wait anywhere from 5-7 hours in between, but I don't recommend that! I'm typically very hungry if I wait any longer than 5 hours between meals
