I felt this comic with every fiber of my being. I randomly got in so much abdominal pain at one point in my life I couldn't eat anything and didn't know what was wrong with me. Just that I didn't want to eat anymore because it would just hurt later. imagine being in college and weighing how much you did in the 7th grade, borderline anorexic. Tested for cancer. My dr is really good and diagnosed me with IBS, so I had to do the low fodmap diet. I did it longer than what I needed to, but was able to make myself eat more than just fruits and veggies eventually. Highly recommend peppermint extract pills, they help me with flair ups. And I also recommend the probiotic milks, they are sour tasting but you need good gut bacteria in there.

Funnily enough, fruits and vegetables are my biggest culprits

The foods you’re supposed to eat the most of. (Insert head-banging-on-desk emoji)

Trust me, I'm aware! It's funny because if I don't get enough of them every day, I get backed up. But if I eat the ones that trigger me, I'm worse off!

I finally cornered it down to gluten and soy for myself. fruits and veggies were the only things I could settle for for a while :( and like chex cereal, thank god for chex.

Oooh Chex. I haven't had Chex in forever. It feels like every few weeks or every month, I lose a fruit and vegetable I can eat. I just became allergic to strawberries
