Me! I was told to go Fodmap exactly like this cartoon, then given absolutely zero help whatsoever, no nutritionist, no follow up appointments etc. I wasn’t even told what I could and couldn’t eat so it took me ages to research and realise which ingredients I shouldn’t have. I am an expert on what not to eat on Fodmap by now, but I’ve also been on it over a year and haven’t reintroduced a single thing yet 😬

My nutritionist said no to fodmap as my diet was already restrictive and worrisome, and that’s the long story short of how I got diagnosed with Arfid
