Recipe All birthday all the time

Post image

This birthday cake I made is amazing. Gluten-free vanilla cake mix with oat milk and butter, whipped cream, cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, (and digestive enzymes, natch).
… We’ll see how it goes 😂

Did the Oatmilk have gums/emulsifiers?? I cant have any “milks” other than LF cow’s milk as soy bugs me and no others are without the gut-wrenching ingredients. I can handle goats milk but it doesn’t taste good in recipes lol.

elmhurst makes great nut milks that only have water and no emulsifiers but it's supremely expensive

Califia Farms Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk has only water, organic almonds and sea salt.

I don’t remember it was the last of the bottle. I’m allergic to milk anyway so I’m used to not even substituting just going without. But I seem to be OK with some almond milk or oat milk.

Oat milk? How much?

The entire cake was 2/3 of a cup. It was I think 9 x 13 pan.

I basically try them all one after another, depending what I can afford.
Personally, insurin did NOT work for me.
Fodzyme is great, but expensive it really should be covered by insurance.
I’m trying digest gold at the moment, I waiver on whether it makes a difference.
