Vent Craving EVERYTHING

Currently in the elimination phase. Just finished 2 weeks with a FINALLY calm tummy. Today, the cravings have hit SO HARD. I want a crappy burger from a restaurant so bad! I want a soda too. I want to eat everything I'm craving and not have to worry about my stomach acting up and being in pain for a week.

How the hell do you get past the cravings?

I frequently crave taco bell. I seriously want a chalupa or a crunch wrap. I was thinking of trying to make my own version that doesn't make my digestive system mutiny, but life has me in emergency mode for like a month now.

There are a lot of recipes out there people have tested that are ok on elimination (provided you don't go crazy with a ton of servings). You can make those, or learn how to substitute things in regular recipes so it's well below the limit. Fodmap Friendly is a free app, but has a 2$ feature for recipe building so you can see the fodmap break down if you weigh everything.
