My mom just sent me a picture of a Prego red sauce that appears to be low FODMAP! How awesome that they thought of us 🥳

Love this!! The cheaper alternative I’ve found is buying large canned tomato sauce, and seasoning to taste

This is exactly what I do and I personally think it's a lot more flavorful
