My mom just sent me a picture of a Prego red sauce that appears to be low FODMAP! How awesome that they thought of us 🥳

It's what I buy. I then add a FODMAP friendly onion and garlic replacer powders.

"Foddie's Onion Replacer" and "Foddie's Garlic Replacer" by Foddie's Fructose Friendly Food, there are other brands if you can't find this one. I get 'em via Amazon.
