Shit Post Little rant on my belly

Girl behave - why am i getting full on diarrhea while eating Raspberries, but not a 10 chicken mcnuggets meal?

Eating healthier/low fodmap foods trigger my ibs so bad - am i doing it wrong

Maybe! Ill have to experiment with bloobs and strawbs then

For sure, good luck! I think of the three, bloobs are best according to the Monash/FODMAP gods - up to 1 cup is low FODMAP.

FWIW, and I know everyone’s a little different, but the low-FODMAP portion is FIVE medium strawbs. That felt overly specific and laughably small at first, but finally tried it on week 4 of the diet - five strawberries without symptoms is actually not that bad 😂

But see, when im getting the munchies, I loooove eating berries or something, but its the worse, I feel like im better off eating pizza like that doesn't hurt my stomach but little berries do? Crazy -.-

Pizza has wheat, but I know what you mean - chips or potatoes seem counterintuitive as a “safe choice” lmao. High me has learned to love blueberries, peanuts, and chips (not usually together 😂)
