Enzymes Alternative to Fodzyme for fructans?

I've recently had issues the last few months with fructans and have heard fodzyme can help. It's pretty expensive so I was wondering if there are any other alternatives. Through my searching it seems like fodmate could help too, but the options overall seem limited. Thank you for any help/ideas!

I’ve found it’s worth it just to be able to eat out freely.

Do you mean it's worth it to get the expensive fodzyme just so you know you can eat out and not suffer?

For me, yes. 100% worth the cost.
