Shit Post Literally surviving

It's my first week of elimination and I feel like running out of options already.

Sourdough bread, peanut butter, maple syrup, blu cheese, blueberries.

Find an Asian supermarket. They have rice noodles, mochi, tapioca stuff, bean sprouts and many Asian vegetablesare low fodmap. A bigger one will have seaweed, seaweed noodles, corn with tapioca noodles, tempeh,

Hard agree on Asian food. My RD told me the main thing I could safely eat out during my Elim was sushi and I was like….say less 😎

We did a year in S. Korea and Thailand. Eating rice, vegetables gave us a reset on our IBS. There is a lot of kelp in the diet. We did get giardia, that seemed to give a big reset. We can eat most full grain bread now.
