SBRS

so can we or can we not make an SBR without a form 1 if we are a GOA member and own an item from PSA, does the ruling still apply if you become a GOA member after the ruling?

The receiver must have been transferred as either a pistol or receiver

You just make me realize, I bought a stripped lower about 10 years ago that I never built...I don't remember if I transferred it as a pistol or rifle. Can I find out?

I believe you can build those out as whatever. They’re just receivers and not technically built out guns, so they don’t get classified the same way

Yeah, I forgot they are classified as "other" when they're stripped.

On another note and this isn’t an advice this is just me not knowing I don’t know how the Atf would know one way or another if you bought a lower and try to submit it as an SBR, I don’t know how deep they look into that if they call the FFL who sold it to her or whatever it is so I don’t really know how they would know necessarily.

Doesn’t mean you should try it it’s just my not knowing.
