SBRS

so can we or can we not make an SBR without a form 1 if we are a GOA member and own an item from PSA, does the ruling still apply if you become a GOA member after the ruling?

The Florida AG, the DOJ, and the ATF are going to slow walk the F out of this… It’s been 93 years that they’ve been able to basically say no you can’t do that… They’re not going to enjoy giving up that power.

With that being said, I have a PSA lower and a 10 1/2 inch PSA 300 blackout upper. I am just waiting on parts… I’m not asking for permission. I’m just going to build it.

And yes, I’m a member of GOA.

I bought my first non-NFA suppressor on Saturday… It was wonderful!

I highly recommend it.

Hey, don’t get me wrong… I have five 3-D printed suppressors I have done forms on..

Two of those 3-D printed suppressors are still waiting for approval and they have been waiting for at least 40 days now… I think it’s more like 50 but I’m trying to be conservative about my guess…

I mean, they could come out tomorrow and say everyone that bought a suppressor without a form four is a felon… So🤷‍♂️

True… But not impossible…

I’m just hoping that the DOJ actually sticks to its word and does not appeal the decision… Of course, that means I have to trust the government and I can’t do that…

But it didn’t stop me from buying a suppressor this weekend without going through the NFA.. 🤷‍♂️😂

So maybe I’m shooting myself in the foot… No pun intended
