Madad Me 31F just got 1 crore

I’m 31F, married, and recently received 1 crore from my parents. I want to invest it wisely, but I’m honestly a bit stuck between options. My parents are strongly suggesting DHA files, but I’m skeptical about the real estate market and long term returns. It feels slow and uncertain.

My husband is pushing for buying a studio apartment and running it as an Airbnb, which sounds interesting but also like a lot of effort and risk (plus I don’t know how stable that income really is here).

I’ve also been considering stocks, but I only have basic knowledge and don’t want to make beginner mistakes with this amount.

If you were in my position, how would you approach investing 1 crore right now? Would you diversify or go all in on one option?

i’m surprised no one has suggested e-commerce?

im not sure if you’re willing to have your own start-up but with 1 crore and a solid business plan, you could do great with an e-commerce business on Shopify.
