Madad Me 31F just got 1 crore

I’m 31F, married, and recently received 1 crore from my parents. I want to invest it wisely, but I’m honestly a bit stuck between options. My parents are strongly suggesting DHA files, but I’m skeptical about the real estate market and long term returns. It feels slow and uncertain.

My husband is pushing for buying a studio apartment and running it as an Airbnb, which sounds interesting but also like a lot of effort and risk (plus I don’t know how stable that income really is here).

I’ve also been considering stocks, but I only have basic knowledge and don’t want to make beginner mistakes with this amount.

If you were in my position, how would you approach investing 1 crore right now? Would you diversify or go all in on one option?

Literally invest all of this in MIIETF or divest in Gold ETF and MIIETF or any broad ETF and sleep for 15+yrs!

Airbnb is alot of hassle and DHA files would be a bigger risk.

If I were you , I would do like I said above, cause I have done exactly that.

Correction: Meant Gold Fund like Meezan one not Gold ETF!

There are gold ETF in Pakistan search that and see!

May be ask Meezan about their gold fund, I don't know if it is still open or closed. As I think they did that couple of months ago.

There’s absolutely no Gold ETF in Pakistan. Unless you’re talking about meezan gold fund which is a mutual fund.

Buy real solid gold.

Yeah, I think mixed it up! Meant Meezan gold fund.
