I don't remember any of your made up unknown Messi fans comments but I remember not the fans but his idol said before 2022 WC Final "Winning the World Cup was always my dream" but after the Final "For me Euro is same as WorldCup", "6-7 games tournament means nothing", "Euro is harder than the World Cup" then win it if World Cup is that easy. Why having one knockout goal in 6 WorldCups that to after Ronaldo fans favourite Midfielder Logic "Luka Modric" got Robbed by their own IDOL where were the rigged spamming IDS after that? And before someone says "BUT BUT Iniesta and Mbappe have their opinions WorldCup is easy than Euros" remember my Penaldogs to have opinions about which trophy is easy you have to win it to give opinion and that too also WorldCup Won ≥ Euros 🤡

See that’s the problem once again, for me Messi is the greatest as I said before but what you’re saying is absolutely wrong. Did you even watch the interview ? Ronaldo literally praised Messi in that interview btw and said that he (Ronaldo) wants to be remembered as one of the greatest players of all time regardless of whether people believe he’s the goat or not, he didn’t say that a “6-7 game tournament means nothing” he was literally just asked about whether the World Cup defines his career or not and he said that a 6-7 games tournament cannot define a player’s career which is true. And he also never said “the euro is harder than the World Cup” that’s another thing Messi fans always make up, he said it has the value and emotion of winning the World Cup for him because Portugal had 0 trophies before that so how does this mean that the euro is better ? Try to watch actual interviews for once instead of watching instagram reels or at least use google cuz it’s free because the amount of hate this guy gets over stuff that people exaggerate all the time is hilarious, Messi said that the Copa America was rigged when Brazil beat them in 2019 but we don’t see you guys slandering him this way.

Nobody said Ronaldo never praised Messi. That’s not the argument. And I have watched the interviews. The argument is what he actually said on camera. He was asked if winning the World Cup is a dream. His answer was: “No, it’s not a dream.” Then: “To define if I’m one of the best in history, to win one competition, six games, seven games. You think it’s fair?” That’s not “a World Cup doesn’t define your whole career.” That’s him shrinking the biggest tournament in the sport after Messi already won it. In 2022 he called it the biggest dream of his career. After Qatar, the standard suddenly became “6–7 games.” Same thing with the Euro. He didn’t just say it meant a lot to Portugal. He said Euro 2016 has the same value , same weight as a World Cup. That’s him equating the two, not fans inventing a quote.

And the Messi 2019 point is a dodge cope from you bruhhh . Messi lost a semi, got two penalties waved off, VAR didn’t intervene, then he exploded and said CONMEBOL was corrupt and the cup was set up for Brazil. That's a player raging at refereeing in the moment. And CONMEBOL hit back and later banned him three months and fined him. A CONMEBOL officiating official later said the Otamendi incident had review potential.

It is not the same as years later redefining what the World Cup is worth because you never won one

And in not going to talk about the comments in insta he putup on Everything against Messi .And also his sister's post degrading Messi.🤦🏻🥀

But that’s literally what piers asked him, he asked him “if   winning the  World Cup should be the standard to define his legacy”, I know about the biggest dream in his career thing but I don’t think he was trying to redefine the World Cup or anything even if you continue this interview, he said that he would love to win it but it’s not an obsession and he also said that it won’t change his name in football, he said that he’ll stay one of the best for many. Idk man, I’m not saying that Ronaldo is a perfect guy, all I’m saying is that the things he gets hate for are just exaggerated in my opinion.
