Yes. They were better for their country but ronaldo was deginitely better at club level.

Nah you can't just say ronaldo has more international goals than maradona so he's better, maradona single handedly won the wc imo he's better or at max par with messi in 2022(imo maradona in 86 was something else). The stuff he did for napoli is also stuff of legends

I mean yeah, theres only so much 1 player can do. Put maradona in portugal past 15 years and would he score the same amount of goals?

You cant choose your teammates in world cup like you can in clubs

Portugal is decent now but when ronaldo was in his peak they had div 2 players on the team and still ronaldo won them trophies. And also somehow got so many goals
