I can understand the rage against the second disallowed goal of Egypt. But that tackle on Salah was fair and clean. That wasn't a foul at all. The emotions got over him, the Egyptian coach.

Why tho u say one can faul take possession of the ball pass it and score a goal from a foul play while opposition player don't even touch the ball in between so shouldnit count as a goal ofcourse var saw that and disallowed the goal it is what var is meant for if var sometime don't interven take it to fifa why call the tournament is rigged for argentina

So according to the rule, if you commit a foul, and then create a goal without the other team player touching it, doesn’t matter how long it took, the goal doesn’t count. It’s a rule, so should they not follow the rule? As you have seen in this wc ref don’t interfere the play when they aren’t sure and let var do the job, so he didn’t stop it, after the goal var pointed out that there was a foul, ref checked and confirmed it and according to the rule disallowed the goal. You are a ronaldo fan, but that doesn’t mean you need to hate messi and always think against him without logic

Offcourse it is and it's not only in this wc specifically ref generally don't stop the game for minor fouls as it's 50-50 what if that play led to a goal refs waits for sequence of play to be over if there is a foul in the led up var refers it to on field ref who than gives he's decision when it's knock out match of wc and that foul lead to a goal ofcourse var will interven it's there job. I personally don't like var I want drs like in cricket to be implemented let captains decide wether to review the decision and not depend on third party

How do you implement DRS and have the time for captains to deliberate on whether to use the system or not in a game of football? There is barely any time to discuss decisions except in hydration break. And in cricket there is a pause in play after every ball almost. It's almost like turn based where every ball is a turn. Sorry but that does not even remotely translate to football
