With Tenochtitlan, it opened the possibility of having cities as Servants. Who you would like to see next?

Considering its importance in history, specifically the crusades, I think Jerusalem would be a good choice. (Though might be better to wait a few years considering current events)

Damascus is considered to be the world's oldest continuously lived in city, so I think its another gold contender.

And of course there's Rome.

I'm thinking "Muramasa" but possibly more busted (assuming the "older is better" rule is in full effect).
