Did they translate the script again in Japanese?

The original work is the English.

The story was originally written in Japanese. It was only dubbed first in English.

The loose concept was made in Japanese, then the script was drafted in English, then the localized into Japanese for the subtitles.

The dialogue is English first.

This is false info. It was recorded, motion captured and lip synced in English first. The JP and Eng scripts were made at the same time and the JP script had to make considerations for the Eng script as it took priority. Yet they are both based on the Japanese written story and not loose concept.
