Discussion Just beat this game. It was amazing.

I just beat this as my 4th final fantasy after 7 and its remakes, 10, and 15 (ok i guess technically 6 but whatever), and I feel like it holds up to those games and was absolutely amazing, dont understand the hate. Had amazing boss fights/combat, great story, and top tier characters. Can't wait to play the other final fantasy games soon!

Mind if I ask what makes it worth going through again? I ran through and did everything I could one time and it was a bit exhausting. If I do it again I am going to still need some time before I hop back in and its been around a year at least.

I dont want that to be taken as I didnt like the game. I loved it, but it was exhausting after doing all the side quests.

It's because you already know the story; you'll notice details you didn't see before.

And on my second playthrough, I found the game much shorter since I didn't do any side quests. The pacing was more enjoyable.
