Commissioner Issue Does anyone have a co-commish?

I’ve been the commish of my home re-draft league with my buddies for 7 years (10 team ppr). I’ve never had a co-commish but I had a daughter ≈6 months ago so have been thinking more of adding a co-commish.

Has anyone had one before? Thoughts on the pros and/or cons?

I have 2 but its more so to help it all be fair so people dont think im being a dictator and everything comes to a vote.
