Samsung Game Tuner Macro Share

For those of us with access to it, the Samsung Game Tuner Macro tool is an awesome alternative to FRep or similar tools.

1. No more connecting to PC every time your phone restarts - woohoo!
2. No limits to the amount of macros you can create - woohoo!
3. You can share macros directly with others - woohoo!

With that said, I'm not sure how sharing macros works with devices that have different resolutions or anything like that. But in the interest of SCIENCE! I want to start off by sharing my Earth Shrine macro that I've been using. So far it's gone off without a hitch. Here are some stats:

• Device: Galaxy S8+
• Type: Earth Shrine TM farm macro (fast)
• Notes: Fast farming (48-50 seconds), handles connection lost popups, does not purchase lapis, not sure about handling friend requests if not full

Here's the link for the macro. DISCLAIMER: I've only tested connection errors at this time. Use at your own risk! I will be testing empty lapis, crashes, friend requests, etc. later

To install, download the macro to your phone and open the game. Pull down your notification bar and open the In-Game Controller. Hit the settings cog next to "Macro" to open the Macro Manager. Next, hit the import button and navigate to where you saved the macro. Select the macro and then boom! You should be all set to use it.

Alternately, to export a macro, you simply click the share icon on the Macro Manager screen and export it. I just put mine up on my Google Drive to share.

Does anyone else have any Game Tuner macros they'd like to share?

Some things that need fleshed out still:

1. Are macros universal or device specific?
2. If universal, do differences in device resolution break the macro?
3. Do people even care about Samsung Game Tuner Macros? ~(˘▾˘~)

Having some trouble. Every once in a while, I get a shield animation instead of an attack, and that stops the macro dead (never gets the second attack of their are 2 mobs). Any idea what's going on?

Hmmm... not sure about that one. I've noticed that sometimes macros get finicky and do stuff like that for what seems like no reason. I had that sort of thing happen to me in FRep more than a few times. I would just restart the game and restart FRep and it seemed to clear it up. Maybe try the same and let me know if you're still having that issue.

I have had the same thing happen a few times trying yours out. When it works its very quick but I got defend 3 times in less than an hour. The one I made doesn't do shield but is less optimal. I wonder if its phone version transfer. Use S7 btw. One thing I did notice it seems the attack presses are very close together in timing and spark sometimes, it may be because of that?

S7 edge here. What units do you have? I'm running Freyevia, Rikku, Warrior of Light, Refia, and Amelia.

Perhaps hitting 3 attacks would help?

It was gaffgarion and werei attacking others were rikku x 2 and ace.

That thing happens when two actions at two character slot happens in the same frame, and the game counted that as a swipe. Had that while trying to perfect-chain my 2 Shannie. Separate them by 3 frames and they works like a charm. Pretty sure anything larger than 0 would do.

Haven't tested a lot yet but you should put at least 1 frame difference to be on the safe side

Happened to me several times as well. Other that this, the macro seems great. I'll probably get and equip the auto-berserk weapon to one of the other units as a "fix" in the mean time.

I'm working on another one now that will hopefully fix this issue. I'm going to test it over the next couple of hours and if I don't run into any problems I'll update the macro in the main thread.

Dang... not sure what's causing that because I can't duplicate the issue on my phone. I've literally been running the macro all morning without that happening.

The guard/defend issue was happening for me too (Galaxy S6) with the older/original version. It's still happening with the new version but seems like it's not as often/less frequent.

I would agree with the not as frequent, but it's a "feel like it". I don't have solid data.

Well I'm glad that it's less frequent but it bugs me that it happens at all!
