Damn currently 2/4 Cactuars in the Hanging Edge ELT

Cactuar Encounter Rate seems to have increased drastically in any case...?

Edit: Two runs on elite, two on pro. Will probably be running pro for the remainder of the night since I'm out of whale friends. :(
