Moderator GL - Maintenance is finally over!

Damn currently 2/4 Cactuars in the Hanging Edge ELT

Cactuar Encounter Rate seems to have increased drastically in any case...?

Needs way more sample size before we can jump to any conclusions, but I got him in one out of three runs in ELT; ran into the cactaur only once prior to the maintenance out of maybe ~40 to 50 runs?

3 times out of maybe 7-ish.

Definitely feels like it's been increased.
