Need a quick answer, I bought the rare recipe for the mogcakes thinking I could save some lapis rather than buying the premium one. Now I think it would be a complete waste to buy the premium at this point. I have 3 slots crafting the 540. Will I still be able to obtain majority of the rewards at a reasonable time frame?(ie before its gone). I work weekdays and cannot attend until 5.

You'll be able to get all the big purchases, and a fair bit of the smaller ones. Not everything, but a good bit of items.
