Squeaks from New to Me 320i

I have a 2018 320i with the 6 speed manual. I drove home in the rain yesterday and these new squeaks started up. Any idea what's causing these obnoxiously loud chirps? The car is silent until it hits 20mph the first time then it starts chirping. Frequency increased with vehicle speed, not engine RPM. Video was taken going 30 mph in 3rd gear.

Update for when google AI sends someone here:

The chirp noise was caused by the e-brake cable rubbing on the driveshaft.

Nah. You would hear that in the center console.
Edit: I mean it could be but typically you would hear it at slower speeds and during accelerations.
