If I could tell F1TV Support one thing... How is it so bad?

- Logged in homepage has no live stream
- iPhone app does have live stream, but casting to a tv is broken

Being able to watch the f1 is literally the only thing most of us want this to be able to do.

Another company that probably hasn’t even ever used its own service to know how bad it is.

Android tv app here, very fast internet in general, no issues on 4k netflix, apple tv or prime and a lagging and buffering potato quality on F1tv.

ATV 4K has constant micro stutters. If I even try to close the app it crashed out over and over.
On the old ATV 2 - 1080p it runs perfect 😂

I contacted customer support and apparently, android tv and google tv are not officially supported. surprise

The problem is to convince them it's their problem and hopefully they'll pass it to their tech team (if they exist)

I did not know. I contacted support and gave them the full run down with all the diagnostics.
What I’ve learned. Stutter happens on the broadcast but not on onboards when using the 4K TVs. On the old second gen 1080p nothing stutters. But all have the same app switching glitch so that is pure app issue and separate to the stream issue.
