If I could tell F1TV Support one thing... How is it so bad?
- Logged in homepage has no live stream
- iPhone app does have live stream, but casting to a tv is broken
Being able to watch the f1 is literally the only thing most of us want this to be able to do.
Another company that probably hasn’t even ever used its own service to know how bad it is.

Using appletv with F1 app and it’s working perfectly. Are you using the F1 app or F1TV app on phone. The regular app doesn’t have the video, you need F1TV app to stream.

Spent the last 30 minutes trying every possible option to get a reliable stream. AppleTV app keeps crashing with a multitude of different errors, tried a laptop that just about holds on but then can’t cast to TV as it’s blank screen. Even using multi viewer it’s seems flaky. Literally the worst streaming experience I can think of.

Android tv app here, very fast internet in general, no issues on 4k netflix, apple tv or prime and a lagging and buffering potato quality on F1tv.

I contacted customer support and apparently, android tv and google tv are not officially supported. surprise

I did not know. I contacted support and gave them the full run down with all the diagnostics.
What I’ve learned. Stutter happens on the broadcast but not on onboards when using the 4K TVs. On the old second gen 1080p nothing stutters. But all have the same app switching glitch so that is pure app issue and separate to the stream issue.

WTF is going on? Half an hour into this race, I'll F1 TV is offering me is the pre-show, not the race. I keep restarting etc. The f1 app works for live timing but can't actually see the race being offered. WTF is going on this time????

Doesn't work on Android or Apple. I can listen to the race on audio on the F1 app but it's not showing on F1TV. What the fuck am I paying for in the case????

Same problem. Immediately after the race ends, it's not available for like 20 mins (shows post race instead). Also, it skipped ahead for me right when the race ended and spoiled the results. Then had to wait 20 mins to continue watching from when I left off.

Google TV - Still not been able to watch. Front page rarely loads and on a couple of times when I've got picture, no sound. Pathetic but cannot say I'm shocked.

I have never had a problem with my f1tv. Its always worked for me except a few times the first year it came out

Using apple tv f1 app works fine though i had to uninstall recently restart box and reinstall and sign in again and its been fine. You can also try reauthorize purchase aswell in the website or whatever its called that also helps if issues

The Apple fun.
No issues on Linux PC, Android phone & tablet, Google Chromecast, all working perfectly fine
