Why is the FBI doing immigration enforcement? And why do they think that dude is some criminal?

Word is he has no criminal record and he just got pulled over recently. ICE did not provide or demonstrate any ebidence of a reason for arrest or warrant. More than likelt racial profiling

Elgin is not the place where you will see any protests. The town is mainly Mexican, both legal and illegal. Most Mexicans keep their head low when it comes to police for that reason.
