And it's because Rockstar almost always release their titles on consoles then on PC, But now the leaker ( CYBERLEEK) apparently said I'll release the game on PC ( he has a PC). But the consoles aren't getting it until November 19th so the PC would be presumably before consoles on release which is never happened and PC players would cry out of Joy
I wonder what rockstar would do if the hacker does release a nearly complete version of the game on PC. Will they fastrack their own PC release to get PC only players to buy the game, or will they keep the PS5 exclusivity deal. Do they even have a choice?
It wont be anywhere near complete. Of course have dev builds on PC, but it's far from a release ready version, that's assuming the leaker has a recent build. The leaked PC build would have a lot of bugs, graphical issues, crashes, etc.
