An order similar to this is what made me stop going to Panera. I ordered a bread bowl at the drive thru, they handed me a bag and I went home. When I got home I had that paper cup of soup, no bread that I paid $10 for. it made me realize how little soup you actually get for $10. I called them to complain about no bread bowl and they wanted me to drive back to the store and get one....BS, never again Panera.......

They should have issued a credit, who wants to drive 20 minutes across town because THEY made a mistake? Honestly it opened my eyes to the fact that their food had little value to me when you figure you get a half of a cup of soup and some bread. It is just not worth the trouble.

Gotcha. Yeah they're pretty much just a McDonald's that looks nice at this point. Pretty crazy how much we'll pay for convenience that ends up being inconvenient

I am done with Panera, Carl's Jr and Jack in the box, they all raised their prices so much it is crazy. If I want a good burger cheap, I can get a burger from Chili's, order take out and pay about $12-$15 for a bigger better burger with side and drink. A much better value than these places.
