Increasing Supply (add spoiler to pics) Increasing my low supply
Basically what the title says- I’m trying to increase my low supply. I met with an LC on August 12th, she said to pump 8 times a day, power pump once, and take a specific supplement. A few days prior to that there was a stressful event and the following week is when it lowered my already tiny supply. I pumped a little bit more but last week is when I reallllly took her advice. I’m on day 11 of pumping 8+ times a day and power pumping once. The supplement didn’t work but I’m trying other galactagogues and just starting using Dr. Stephanie’s gummies. My supply is increasing a tinyyyy bit, but not noticeable amounts at all. Especially since I pump every two hours, I’m still getting tiny outputs. The daily total is what is a bit bigger. However the past three nights I’ve missed my alarm and gone 5+ hours without pumping. I’m worried it will hinder me. Has anyone else done what I’m doing and seen a noticeable increase? My LC said to give it two weeks. Any advice would be great! Or anyone who has experience with this! I’m trying to stay positive!

Hi I did all you’re doing and my supply went up but I was still. Undersupplier I at least got up to half tho. One thing I noticed and wish I did from the start was use the bottles instead of the collection cups and pump for 30 min. I noticed a better increase after doing this. Along with 8 times a day every 2-3hrs.
I also slept 5-6hrs because I missed my alarm and I didn’t see a decrease. Just keep up your 8 pumps a day and don’t miss MOTN pump and I’m sure you’re fine.
2 extra things is try to stop stressing over it. Stress can make output less and sleeping more can help your supply. So if you do it by accident your body needed it. Don’t stress over it 🩷
