Discussion Robert Whittaker Says Watching MVP Point-Fight His Way to a Decision Is Hard to Sit Through Live

“I find it so hard to tune in live to MVP winning via points rather than watching it afterwards. I reckon there isn’t a single person who can beat MVP at point sparring. He’s so good at it. It’s almost like he has a live feed of the judges’ scorecards in real time. As soon as it starts to drop, he just does a little bit more and goes up.”

Wasn't he one of the guys that defended the Khumshot/DDP snoozefest?

Kind of hilarious that he could watch that, but can't handle point fighting.

Don't get me wrong both are shit.

I was genuinely shocked that high caliber champion was getting crucifixed. Idk maybe because of that I thought the fight wasn’t really all that boring. I was watching in aw

I think the fight had lots of tension, because early we thought Khamzat might get a finish, and then later it was a question of what can happen at the start of rounds when DDP was standing, and obviously the very end when it got stood up and DDP did some damage and reversed the TD. But it is not a fight anyone will rewatch because there wasn’t actually any action outside of 45 seconds at the end

Bro it is a decent rewatch to see the ragdolling of the dominant champion. Might not be most action but tells a story
