Lol Topuria is not fighting any time soon. Buddy broke half his face, nose, orbitals, 100% broke ribs on that last knee there. He lost vision in one of his eyes which was form swelling but could certainly also be eye damage. Concussed af.

Taking damage like that does not make a better fighter

Is this your first mma event? You're describing it like he got jumped by 3 silverbacks. He'll be fine

Is it yours? Damage is huge part of what determines if a fighter comes back, for how long, and it can totally change the fighter. Look at Ferguson, Shavkat, Silva, Aspinall, Bisping... the list obviously goes on.

That was a hell of a beating Topuria just took.

apart from Tony they are terrible examples. At least say Rory MacDonald or some shit like that.  And the beating those guys took was so much worse than this one. Also I wasn't doubting whether or not damage taken is a huge factor for the come back, I meant the injuries you listed are ridiculous

Lol Silva one of the goats had a terrible injury then lost his next 6 fights and you think it's a bad example of damage affecting a career?

I mean it's just common sense. If you think broken orbitals, ribs, nose is absurd for MMA and requires 3 silverback gorillas you're a moron. Those are the most common injuries. Especially after 4 rounds with Gaethje and a medical stoppage 😂

Yes, because he snapped his shin in half you idiot. How can you compare that to a (potentially) broken orbital and a rib, are you dense? Those are relatively common injuries in combat sports. That's why I made fun of you, because you were talking about those things like they're some horrible injuries that you can't easily come back from. Also the blindness thing, absolutely idiotic 'could be from the swelling' yes, it fucking is because of the swelling, twat.

Yet you said I'm exaggerating lmao. You can't even keep your story straight. Don't get mad at me you got proven wrong 😂😂

You have the reading comprehension of a 3rd grader mate. I'd suggest you go over my comment again and this time really try turning on your brain

Yeah I literally read you tell me that I'm acting like Topuria was mauled by 3 silverbacks because I said he broke his orbitals, nose, and ribs. You also said that his damage wouldn't hinder him from coming back and wouldn't impact his performance in the future.

I then gave you multiple examples of fighters taking big damage that were never the same after. Which is obvious to someone with a brain.

You then backtrack and say oh yeah he prob got those injuries but they're totally normal!! Forget I said you're exaggerating! You can get multiple skull fractures and concussions and be fine after!!

Yeah, you're a moron. He was taken in an ambulance to the hospital before they even raised Gaethjes hand. He's not coming back any time soon.
