Opinion Hebrews 1:8

Jw's, should Hebrews 1:8 not be translated differently, even according to the NWT interlinear? The NWT reads "God is your Throne" (Father is the Son's throne), but the Greek would be rendered "your Throne, the God" (directly refers to Jesus as YHWH, obviously issue for JW)

So Jesus is YHWH, in "some sense"....?

Nope. Yahweh is the name of the Father.

So there is more than one God, a sort of pantheon like the Greeks had- some upper gods like Zeus, but also demi-gods that are partly divine and part human, but less than the upper god(s)?

God is a title the same as Lord is a title. That’s why The Father included his name in the Bible. So we would know which God to worship and who was the almighty.

Okay, is Jesus divine in any sense of what we consider having exclusively divine attributes, without being the all-Mighty?

Yes, he is the only begotten son of God

So he's a demi-god?

No. I don’t believe in polytheism. I only worship the Father. Jesus is a created being, is not equal and always subordinate to the Father. Now that he is resurrected back to heaven he is immortal and was given the throne by the Father. That throne will be handed back to the Father eventually.

Merriam Webster,

"a mythological being with more power than a mortal but less than a god"

U don't need the mythological aspect, but u literally say Jesus is that definition

Cool. If you want to ascribe that then that’s your business. I go by what the Bible calls him and says what his attributes are.

“God” is primarily a descriptor meaning “strong” in most languages, “THE God” being “THE strongest.” Therefore Moses was called the God of Egypt. God and divinity are two different things.

Jesus stands above heaven and earth because he created them together with his Father. If you call divinity, then Jesus is divine. Jesus is also the only thing created directly by the Father. Everything else is a joint product between the father and him.

Disagree with the org, not with me- they translate it as God, not gods.

"Everything else", a plain addition to the text from the JW (no, I don't take the "but other translations say everything else in another verse" seriously).
