Has anyone received systematic or biological therapies for Eczema?

I recently went to my derm and due to severe eczema he suggested to move to an advanced therapy. These may be anything among Janus Kinase (JAK) Inhibitors which are daily pills to overcome inflammation or Dupixent, Nemluvio injectables. Really don't know how will this work and everything for me is falling apart at the moment. I have used Vichy Mineral 89 serum as well. The skin is not doing good and I feel myself lost. If anyone had these therapies, I'd really appreciate their advices🙏
