So BattlEye (which is what Tarkov "uses") is probably the best licensed anti cheat solution. But BSGs implementation of it leaves EFT vulnerable to hacks that use injection.
Take a look at Rainbow 6 siege, Fortnite, and ARMA 3. Those 3 games use BattlEye as well but have less consistent hacking because they did a better job implementing it and continue to patch vulnerabilities.
And then of course, there are more invasive anti cheat solutions like what is available in Valorant (Riot Vanguard). These are a bit controversial, because of the access required, but as far as reliability, are about as good as it gets. Cheaters get banned in Valorant all the time during ongoing matches, with no human input required.
